🎬 PART 2: «The Son She Never Knew Survived»

The woman staggered backward.

“No.”

Her voice barely came out.

“I had one baby.”

The homeless boy shook his head.

“You had two.”

Her son looked between them, frightened.

“Mom?”

She crouched beside the locket, hands trembling.

“At the hospital… they told me your brother died.”

The homeless boy’s expression broke.

“They told me you didn’t want me.”

The city kept moving around them, but none of them seemed to hear it anymore.

The woman reached toward him.

He flinched.

That tiny movement shattered her.

“I would never have left you.”

The boy pulled an old hospital bracelet from beneath his shirt.

Her surname was still printed on it.

The woman began to cry.

“Who raised you?”

He looked down.

“A man who said he was paid to keep me away from you.”

Her face went pale.

“Paid by who?”

The boy slowly pointed across the street.

The woman followed his finger.

A black car was parked at the curb.

Beside it stood a familiar older man watching them.

Her hands started shaking harder.

Her son whispered,

“Mom… who is that?”

She stared at the man she had trusted her entire life.

Then answered,

“Your grandfather.”
